One of the most common things I am asked about on Instagram and Twitter is how I started and grew my business. Rodial began in the spare room of my home and fifteen years later we are in over 2000 stores and 35 countries worldwide.
Although the scale on which I work has changed dramatically, since the beginning I have worked to develop the most cutting edge, effective products with groundbreaking ingredients. I am not afraid to take risks and ultimately want to keep the customer excited, engaged and interested. I want to offer people something new and interesting beyond the products, a beauty lifestyle.
